For those of us who long to pray St Francis’ whispers of this is what I want, this is what I seek. this is what I long to do with all my heart.
For those of us who are in love with authors who lived long before we were born, who think of the witty comebacks well after the expiration date, and who seems to be, “succeeding, but feeling success-less…” this one’s for us.
That is… you’ll be nodding your head in agreement to at least one of the stories if you can figure out how she manages to begin the novel in a Portuguese day spa (I almost was turned off in the first chapter) and tie it all the way through to a nunnery in Illinois (so glad I endured).
